At Daisybank Farm we have taken all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of our visitors. However, visitors are required to assess and manage their own health and safety needs accordingly.

Key Guidelines

• Please stick to marked tracks. These have been deemed as safe for our visitors. Failure to do so will have implications for yourselves as well as stock on the farm.

• Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn and weather conditions considered.

• You enter Daisybank Farm at your own risk. Daisybank Farm has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of the tracks, however use of all tracks is at your own risk.

• Daisybank Farm is not liable for any injury, illness or property damage during your visit or stay

• We do not allow visitors dogs on our farm for animal health and biosecurity reasons.

• Further health and safety information will be provided at the time of booking and upon your arrival at Daisybank Farm

Cancellation policy

This policy applies to all bookings, walks, bikes, rides.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@daisybankfarm.co.nz

• 5 days or more before your booking: Full refund.

• 5 days to 48 hours before your booking: 50% refund.

• Less than 48 hours before your booking: No refund.

If we need to cancel your booking due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to rearrange your booking to a suitable date and time.

‘The Hut’ cancellation policy

95% of payment refundable when cancelled 7 days or more before check in. Within 7 days of check in no refund will be given.
